The ambience was amazing. Came in around 6 and shortly after they dimmed the lights. We ordered the Apperal spritz and RZ cruiser, which were tasty. The ribeye and filet both came with a variety of sauces that I would have been extremely happy with any of them alone. The offering of sauces added a different experience with each bite. Both steaks, all the sides, and poke appetizer were all prepared excellently. The crème brûlée came with two different flavors. All in all, an amazing meal. Service was busy but attentive on this Friday evening.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday here today. It's our first time, since and have seen a great review of this place so I planned to celebrate her here. I'm all for clean establishments and great service so those are top on what I look for. Upon entering those mesmerizing cute chandeliers caught my attention, it adds to the character of the place - though it's a simple setting yet the decors added a fine touch. I asked for a window seat and it was gladly given to us. It was not crowded during the 11:30am seating we chose so the atmosphere is nice and quiet. All the staffs gave us an excellent service. Very attentive and courteous. We ordered calamari for appetizer - it was fresh, cut in somewhat big pieces, served with fried red and green bell peppers and lemon. It's okay, just like any other calamari you order from restaurants. I order a Greek salad with chicken as protein - it's well balanced with all that I look for a Greek Salad, refreshing and fresh ingredients. The serving is perfect. My daughter ordered the Kilbi Korean Short Ribs. She's a fan of Korean barbecues so she loved what she got, it came with fried rice, steamed vegetables and a small cup of fruits. The ribs are well seasoned, well cooked and tender. They have her a complimentary cake to blow and since it's just me and her it was a beautiful bonus to have all the diners sing to her. The restaurant is clean as well as the bathrooms. The only thing I can say is that thought they're very prompt to clean your table, it may give some people the notion that you need to leave the place right away. All in all, it was a beautiful first time experience and the birthday celebrant like everything about the place! Will bring my hubby one of these days. Our server was Haven, and he was incredible from start to finish! His level of service was greater than I've experienced in a long time. All of the food and drinks we ordered were wonderfully prepared and exceeded our expectations. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they gave us a slice of limoncello cake with a candle on the house! The restaurant is beautiful with unique light fixtures, mirrors, table setting, etc. I would recommend this fine place to anyone, especially for a date/celebration.

Seafood pasta - 5 stars Chicken - 5 stars Bruschetta - 5 stars Lemon cake - 4 stars Chocolate Cake - 4 stars Excellent food and service. We sat by the fireplace in a very comfortable booth. The restaurant is perfectly laid out with a nice amount of booths, half booths and chaired tables. The hostess and wait staff are all very polite with great personality. Our waiter Juan was a perfect gentleman and knew the perfect time to walk up to take orders or serve the food. The food was excellent in flavor, freshness and a filling amount. She had the Chicken and loved it. I had the seafood pasta and could not get enough of it. I was full after eating 80% of the meal but no way I was gonna toss the rest.

This is a great Asian fusion restaurant in Carmel by the sea. The ambiance was welcoming and open. The service was nice and catering. The shrimp scampi is definitely a must get. The noodles are so flavorful and the shrimp was well cooked. The spicy pork was tasty too. The sauce on the grilled pork was great to eat with rice.

They were super accommodating when we got there without a reservation and they were extremely busy. We got a table quickly. This was all improvised since we actually had reservations later somewhere else but were hungry already. Great idea to do the switch! Food was amazing. So full of flavor and great presentation. The restaurant was very nice and classy but still had a casual vibe. Very nice for a date.

Absolutely love this adorable date night spot. Service is exceptional, food is top notch, and the menu has a global variety of choices for all types of tastebuds! Ask for a seat by the window to view the local charm that Carmel-by-the-sea has to offer and expect to leave full and happy. They can create any drink or whip up any mocktail of choice!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We ordered clam chowder, crunch, chicken salad, and shrimp scampi. The soup was amazing. I'm sorry that we did not get a photograph of it, but I think we devoured it in about 2 1/2 seconds. we were about to have a fight club at the table. It was loaded with clams and not overly thick. You could really taste a well seasoned bowl of soup. Then we got the salad and scampi. The salad was a bit of a disappointment. Presentation looked great, but the chicken was a bit on the dry side, and the lettuce was soaked and dressing. They also used mixed green lettuce instead of a high-quality Romain or even green leaf which would have had more of a crisp texture. The scampi was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. You get five huge prawns and they were so juicy and delicious. The pasta was homemade and the broth was seasoned well and delicious. Portion size for everything was good and pricing was pretty much on par with the rest of the restaurants in Carmel. Overall, it was a good experience just slightly missed the mark on the salad.
